Rudy Wann brings 27 years of entrepreneurial, financial and general management experience to VoIP Logic. He has a successful track record in highly competitive and price sensitive environments. Mr. Wann’s areas of expertise include strategic and tactical planning, debt and equity financing, business expansion and startups, strategic partnerships & alliances, mergers and acquisitions and systems integration. Prior to joining VoIP Logic, he was with California-based Semaphore Management, LLC/Revcom, Inc. where for ten years he served as the chief executive officer. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of operations for these $20+ million international telecommunications companies specializing in international VoIP telephony and communication systems integration. Before Semaphore Management, Mr. Wann was the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at California-based IDB Communications Group, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
