Inc. Magazine unveils exclusive list of America’s fastest-growing private companies - the Inc. 5000

Williamstown, MA (September 15, 2009)–For the second consecutive year, Inc. magazine announced that it has ranked VoIP Logic among its Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list is a comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy – America’s entrepreneurial companies.

The Inc. 5000
The Inc. 5000 posted aggregate revenue of $214 billion in 2008, up nearly 16 percent from the previous year.The top 5000 companies included on the list are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2005 through 2008. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2005, and therefore able to show four full calendar years of sales. Additionally, they have to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent -- not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies -- as of December 31, 2008. Revenue in 2005 must have been at least $200,000, and revenue in 2008 must have been at least $2 million.
