WHOLESALE BILLING
The Wholesale Billing module for Cortex OSS provides reporting and invoicing for wholesale CDR transactions (Call Detail Records). Carriers and service providers generally require a certain level of visibility and control in order to track costs and profitability of traffic that traverse their network.
Unlike a much more complex, difficult to operate (and expensive) retail pricing and rating engine, Cortex Wholesale Billing provides near real-time business metrics, easy re-rating and a host of wholesale-focused features (listed below).
