Cortex® OSS

Cortex® OSS is a flexible middleware application that allows service providers to fully integrate their service offerings with the web and other high use communication tools (SMS, email, APIs, etc.) and business tools (payment processing). With a portal architecture enabling flexible configuration to match the parameters required by service providers, Cortex allows easy integration of additional service modules that support current and next-generation service offerings (i.e. Voice 2.0, Mobile VoIP and Telepresence).

Cortex allows carriers and service providers to design their specific requirements for an offering using VoIP technology including (i) end user portals and (ii) provisioning, monitoring and billing portals and then deploy the offering with minimal delay.  Cortex is easy to use, supports multiple layers of branding,website integration and allows granular management of system accesses.
