VoIP Logic’s hosted and managed Broadworks is comprised of three (3) parts:
· Broadworks feature server, messaging server and web servers
· Cortex® OSS: Broadsoft integration
· VoIP Logic training, deployment, integration and professional services.
The following is a brief explanation of each part of VoIP Logic’s managed Broadworks:

- Easy API programming integration to multiple VoIP sub-systems
- Web portals for provisioning, billing and customer service management.
- Web portals for customer self-care
- Expanding list of pre-integrated payment processors, etc.
- Software engineering professional services for extended customization.
VoIP training, deployment, integration and support
- VoIP Logic provides a specific Broadsoft training agenda.
- VoIP Logic hosts Broadworks platforms at Telx in New York and at One Wilshire in Los Angeles.
- VoIP Logic provides all options for network interconnectivity: MPLS, Tier 1 Internet, direct.
- VoIP Logic has an AS number for intelligent IP routing
- Public IP Addresses: Service provider will be assigned public IP addresses from VoIP Logic as required
- VoIP Logic Technical Support Engineering governed by Service Level Agreements and standard (documented) operational procedures.
- VoIP Logic has a standard four (4) level escalation list and each account has both an assigned account manager for on-going engineering and commercial questions.
